Please send the request from the email address associated with the account whenever possible.

Tell us what to identify

• Your full name and account email.
• Your company or KargFlow tenant name.
• The WhatsApp business number, if the request concerns a connected number.
• Whether you want an individual account removed, a WhatsApp connection revoked, specific personal information deleted, or an entire tenant account closed.

Do not email passwords, Meta access tokens, or identity documents. We will request additional verification only when necessary and through an appropriate channel.

Verification and tenant-controlled data

We verify that the requester is authorized before deleting information. If your information is controlled by a freight company using KargFlow, we may refer the request to that company or coordinate with its tenant administrator.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and explain any verification or clarification needed. Once verified, we will remove or anonymize information within the period required by applicable law and the governing service agreement. We will confirm completion by email.

WhatsApp disconnection

Removing a WhatsApp connection from KargFlow deletes the locally stored authorization and number mapping. It does not delete the business’s WhatsApp account, WhatsApp Business app, phone history, or information independently retained by Meta. The business may separately manage those items through Meta and WhatsApp.

Information we may retain

Some information may remain where required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Any retained information remains protected and is no longer used for ordinary service delivery.
