Using KargFlow

You may use KargFlow only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your organization’s authorization. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Tenant responsibilities

Each tenant controls its users, customers, operational records, notification choices, and connected communication accounts. Tenants are responsible for obtaining required permissions from customers and staff, maintaining lawful processing instructions, and configuring access according to job responsibilities.

WhatsApp and third-party services

WhatsApp, Meta, hosting, email, and other integrations are operated by third parties under their own terms. Tenants must have authority to connect each business account and phone number. Message delivery, templates, limits, eligibility, pricing, and account approval may be controlled by those providers and are not guaranteed by KargFlow.

Acceptable use

You must not use KargFlow to violate law, send deceptive or unsolicited communications, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, probe security, disrupt service, bypass access controls, or access another tenant’s information. You must not upload prohibited or unlawfully obtained content.

Data and confidentiality

Tenants retain responsibility for the business data they submit. You authorize KargFlow and its providers to process that data as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Each party must protect non-public information it receives from the other.

Availability and changes

We work to keep KargFlow reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Features may change to address security, legal, provider, or operational requirements. Planned changes that materially affect contracted service will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Fees and termination

Fees, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable order or contract. Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or provider restrictions. Upon termination, data access and deletion are handled under the agreement, our privacy policy, and applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, KargFlow is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. KargFlow is an operational record system and does not replace customs, legal, tax, insurance, carrier, or regulatory advice. Liability is limited as stated in the applicable signed agreement and applicable law.
